Deposit and balance
£50 OR 20% (whichever is the greater) is due on booking date
Balance must be paid 14 days prior to arrival. If booking is less than 14 days before arrival date, FULL PAYMENT is due.
No refund will be given if cancelled less that 14 days before arrival date.
We strongly advise that clients take out the necessary Insurance to cover any costs associated with having to cancel.
There is a 2% charge added when paid with a credit card. No fee on debit cards.

Newport Serviced Apartments and its employees shall not be liable for any damages, loss or personal injury which may be sustained by a persons or property within the building at any time during the reserved stay.
While we will endeavour to provide all services, including Internet, Freeview television, and so on, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or failure of service as we are dependent on other providers who are outside of our control.
We hold a strict no smoking policy; smoking is not permitted in any area within the building . If this rule is not adhered to we reserve the right to implement a charge to cover the cost of deep cleaning and out of letting time.
Pets are not allowed on the premises at any time, with the exception of registered guide and hearing dogs accompanying their owners.
You are responsible for any damage caused to the allocated rooms or the furnishings of the apartment and common hallways, lending areas, car parking area. If any act, default or neglect by the guests or organizers results in damage or complaints from other guests, the customer shall be liable to pay to Newport Serviced Apartments on demand the amount required to make good or remedy such damage.
